How it Works
1. Contact us and arrange the date for the booking.

2. A £50 deposit is required to secure the booking. We will email with the booking information.
3. We will contact you and arrange delivery time.
​
4. Delivery and set up usually takes around 90 minutes.
​
5. The Hot Tub water can take up to 28 hours to heat up, in colder months it can take longer.
​
6. On delivery we require full payment.
​
7. Once setup is complete we will demonstrate how to use and maintain the equipment.
​
8. Upon collection we will drain the Hot Tub and pack all the equipment away.
​
9. The £50 deposit is returned on collection
​

WE DO ALL THE HARD WORK - Once booked we take care of the rest, From start to finish you don't have to lift a finger, Just sit back, relax and enjoy our Hot Tub experience.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS - If you have any special requirements please let us know when booking, We are here to help so please don't be afraid to ask. For example we are able to provide the hot tubs with Chlorine free chemicals for users who suffer from skin allergies.
​
CANCELLATIONS - In the unfortunate event of poor weather conditions then we may have to cancel the hire. We will then either re-arrange the hire or if that's not possible then any deposit paid will be returned. The full terms and conditions will be emailed to you.
